Our small group classes allow us to give you the personal attention you need to ensure each workout is a good fit for you.

We take all the guesswork out of working out for you, so you can just show up, get a great workout in and get back to your day feeling great.

Flexible memberships to meet your IT
*The fine print: No sign-up fees. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime by emailing Jason@fitforit.com 7 days prior to renewal date. no refunds once the monthly fee has been deducted. All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
